EstateMatcher is propablly the only property portal that focusses on the property and not the estate agent. While not every estate or letting agency service is the same, prospective buyers or tenants search for the right property first, and are not concerned on who the estate or letting agent is.

Most other property portals will charge upfront advertising fees to the estate or letting agent, which could deter them from advertising a property which may be ideal or 'round the corner' from you.
